alimentaci\u00f3n de luz y de fuerza motriz; estudios, construcci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de obras, plantas industriales y sistemas de servicios p\u00fablicos; asuntos legales, econ\u00f3micos y financieros inherentes a la electricidad en cualquiera de sus formas y utilizaci\u00f3n; higiene, seguridad y salud ocupacional; ense\u00f1anza de los conocimientos b\u00e1sicos, t\u00e9cnicos y
